Summer Time And Changes...

Ahhhhh.....The wonderful joys of summer! As much as I enjoy the winter season due to the cold weather, I also enjoy the summer time! And it's because I enjoy spending time with my son, Logan! Yup, you read that right! I am the type of parent who enjoys spending time with my son and hates it when I have to be away from him for long periods of time, regardless of what it be for! And at 9 years old, my Logan still enjoys spending time with me as well! Quite honestly, both of us are relieved that this 2015-2016 school year is actually over. We're both looking forward for a new adventure when summer breaks ends....the start of going to a new school for Logan! I am hoping and praying that all goes well with this new school and beyond! We will be signing up for the summer reading program at our local public library next week and we are already making plans to go the 50th State Fair, the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial, trips to the movies and much, much more. Just got to get some bills of mine paid next week before doing any of our plans so I don't have to worry about it. A lot of the time, I rather get things done and out of the way so that way, I don't have to worry about it. I actually strong dislike putting things off until the last minute. Regardless, of it is because then, I start feeling rushed and pressured out. And I don't like that feeling. Also thinking about going to the zoo with Logan as well since we have a family zoo membership there. We can even pack a lunch instead of spending an INSANE of amount of cash at the zoo's food court.Today is the first official full day of summer break and I am hoping it doesn't go by too fast! Also did some important errands today as well and I am glad to have gotten that out of the way as well. With Memorial Day weekend upon us, what is everyone's plans for the long 3 day weekend? Don't know what will be doing expect going to the post office tomorrow to go and check our p.o. box since I am expecting something in the mail. Anyway. I hope everyone has a good, great, wonderful weekend! Until the next time.... Take care!
